Another month has gone by, and I wanted to at least post something this month. I've been busy with vacations, trying to find a second job, getting the kids back to school, etc. I do have a playlist that's just about ready, but, alas, it will have to wait for September; look for it later this week.

This month, I also checked out Ross's band, Parley's Drifters, earlier this month. He's too modest to say so, but they are pretty much "wicked awesome", to use a colloquial parlance popular among the younger set. Checked them out at myspace.com/parleysdrifters to hear some of their tunes and get some merch.

I also got to hear a live acoustic recording of a band called "Go Figure" from Salt Lake, and I was much impressed with them, too. They also have songs on their page for you to listen to.

I don't have any new recordings (but I wish I did), but for those who don't know, I played with a band called Salty Papercut a few years ago, and you can get some of our shizzle at our website (and hear some samples).
